Limitations on Bulk Emailing
When hosting with Code4Design, Bulk Emailing, using our Email Marketer tool or any other emailing system, is limited to 5000 emails per month. This is to allow for our support staff's time in dealing with spam issues that can arise through misunderstanding with even the most ethical email campaigns. For each additional 5000 emails per month, an additional monthly rate will be charged.

Web-Based Email Access
This service allows you to check your email account from any computer with internet access via a web-based interface. This is useful when you're on the road and don't have an email program with your settings available, or when you want to read messages without downloading them to the computer you're using. Powered by open-source software.

Urchin™ Web Analytics Software
Urchin provides a simple, web-based interface to view information about the number of visitors to your website. More importantly from a marketing perspective, it tells you how visitors find you -- which search engines or other sites are referring visitors to you. The statistics are updated every day, automatically. All you have to do is point and click to the information you want. Urchin is included with Pro and Advanced hosting accounts. There is a yearly fee for Urchin with Basic hosting accounts.

Domain Name Registration
There are three steps involved in getting a website up and running: 1) registering the domain, 2) running the DNS (domain name server), and 3) hosting the site. Our standard hosting package includes 2 and 3. You are welcome to register the domain yourself with any registrar, however, if you would like us to take care of the registration process for you and make any necessary future changes, we offer this service. The fee covers our setup time, registrar fees, and yearly renewals.
