Before you contact support, have you...
  • Tried the quickstart guides and online help? From your tools install, click the ? help link at the top, then choose Manuals and Guides > (select your module) > Developer Quickstart.
  • Viewed the Extended Documentation and Flash introductions?
  • Searched the support forums for the answer to your question?
All support requests must be initiated with a post to the support forums at forum.code4design.com

If you have a premium support subscription active, you should post your question in the private forum that has been created for you. If you are a Code4Design partner and have a general forum but no specific forum for the project in question, post your question in your general forum. Private support forums are located under the Support Tracking category in the Code4Design forums. Private forums are only accessible to logged in users. Forum access information is located in your software activation email. Premium support response time is within 1 business day.

Do not initiate a support request by phone or email, even if you have corresponded with a Code4Design staff member before. Support requests outside the support forums will not be answered.

If you do not have a premium support package, you may post support questions to the public forums and these will be answered by Code4Design staff or users as time allows, with no guaranteed response time.

A hosted account emergency is defined as a situation in which a live website or email domain hosted by Code4Design is down. There will be a $200 charge for use of this line for purposes other than hosted account emergencies.
