| Many competing products limit the number of users allowed, but with Code4Design, you can create an unlimited number of user logins to the website admin area. Each user can be allowed or denied access to read, write, or add to a given page or section. You can even specifically limit access to a portion of a particlar page. For example, you can create an account for an HR staff member, and one for PR. Then you can give the HR user access to the jobs sections of the site, and the PR person access to the press-releases section. If you display a featured job and the latest press releases on your home page, each user will have access to only that part of the home page they should. You can do this with an unlimited number of sections, pages, and parts of pages. Full owner-user-group functionality is also included to easily manage privileges for groups of users of unlimited size. In addition to web pages, you can restrict access to particular functions within the tools for particular users and groups, to create a customized app-within-an-app for each user or group. Best of all this same access control system can be used to easily create a members-only area on your website, allowing fine-grained control of what areas of your website the public or your members can browse. |
