| In addition to gathering contacts in via signup forms on your website, you can import contacts into your database en masse. The system imports the popular CSV format, which lets you import from programs like Outlook, Act, and Excel. The software guides you through the import process, showing you a sample of contacts to be imported, and allowing you to choose which information you want. You can then apply a flag to the imported contacts to help you find them or send a mailing to them later.
Exporting is equally easy, with the software guiding you through selecting which of your mailing lists you wish to export, and which information from that mailing list. |
